About diidum §1

diidum provides an online event registration and ticket processing platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, diidum is not the event organiser.

User accounts §2

Users may register for a free account to manage, maintain, and download event entries and registrations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. diidum is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

Role of diidum §3

diidum acts solely as a technology platform and payment processor between attendees and event organisers. Event organisers are responsible for their events, including content, safety, delivery, compliance, cancellations, and refunds.

Payments & fees §4

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. diidum does not store full payment card details.

Processing and service fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including event cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance.

Cancellations, changes & refunds §5

All event changes, cancellations, and refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the event organiser.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. The event organiser is solely responsible for issuing refunds.

diidum is not liable for refunds not provided by the event organiser. Any refund disputes should be raised directly with the relevant organiser. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Attendance & assumption of risk §6

Attendance at any event is entirely at your own risk. diidum is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death occurring before, during, or after an event.

Limitation of liability §7

To the maximum extent permitted by law, diidum shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

diidum's total liability shall not exceed the processing fees paid for the relevant transaction.

Website availability & security §8

The website is built on industry-leading software and maintained using appropriate security measures. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Governing law §9

These terms are governed by applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
